Filomena has gained a significant experience in drafting, negotiating and managing national and international commercial contracts and in national and international construction contracts. She has also a significant experience in real estate matters.

She assists companies in both contentious (before National Court and Arbitral Tribunals) and non-contentious matters (especially in mediation and amicable settlement of disputes).
