Professional experience
Giuseppe has gained a significant experience in drafting, negotiating and managing national and international EPC, DBO and O&M contracts especially in the energy sector (oil & gas, wind and photovoltaic power generating plants) with both bespoke and FIDIC, ICC, LOGIC, CRINE and EIC standard forms. Recently he has assisted Italian contractors in construction works to be carried out in Middle East, Russian Federation, South and Central America. He has also gained a relevant experience in disputes and claims management related to construction projects.

He advises clients on project development (including the tender phase), in the contractual documents preparation stage and in the claim management phase (extra works, employer's delay, acceleration, reduction of the scope of works, suspension and termination). Giuseppe has also a significant experience in national and international arbitrations for disputes related to the construction industry and has acted recently as Counsel in ICC and LCIA international arbitrations.
Giuseppe has also a considerable experience in national and international contract law, in corporate law and in M&A.

Professional experience
Elisabetta has gained a significant expertise in construction law especially in the energy industry, advising Italian and foreign clients in the negotiation and drafting of EPC, turnkey, supply and installation contracts for the construction of power plants in Italy and abroad, as well as in all the activities connected thereto.

She has been actively involved in advising domestic and multinational companies for the development and the construction in Italy of power plants from renewable sources, with particular regard to the regulatory aspects. 

Elisabetta has also gained a sound experience in the M&A transactions, including the sale and purchase of companies, businesses and branch of business, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements. This includes also the assistance to foreign banks involved in the project financing of several photovoltaic plants to be built in Italy, from the due diligence exercise on the permits obtained by the developing Italian Companies to the drawing up and the negotiations of the Italian security package.

She is in charge, amongst the others, for:

  • ensuring the implementation of the business and marketing plan of the Firm;
  • management of the information protection and security in relation to practices and clients' files;
  • management of the Firm's IT team, securing the proper operation and maintenance of IT systems, (including record and information storage and retrieval) to guarantee the best facilitation of the services for clients;
  • risk management and recovery plan.
